3D Modelling and Design
Utilising the latest advances in computer aided design, Synectix can 3D model your parts so you can see your concepts come to life.
We can process your files in any format you choose and translate that into an engineered solution to suit your needs.
CNC Laser Cutting
A state of the art, Salvagnini L3 fibre laser, fitted with a 10 pallet automated loading system, ensures Synectix can handle all of your laser cutting needs. Capable of accepting 3000 x 1500 mm sheets, we can process up to 20 mm Mild Steel, 16 mm in Stainless & 12 mm in Aluminium
CNC PUNCHING
Synectix operates two Amada 30 ton turret punch presses, all capable of processing 3000 x 1500mm sheets. “Lights out” technology ensures competitive pricing and on time scheduling for our clients.
From small batches, through to large production runs, Synectix has it covered.
CNC FORMING
Utilising five CNC press brakes ranging in capacity from 25 ton /1.2 metres up to 170 ton / 4 metrescoupled with a wide range of tooling, ensures Synectix can tackle even the most demanding forming tasks.
Captive Fastener Insertion
Many designers today specify the use of pressed in clinch & style fasteners and fittings. Our light machines department can fit your studs, nuts & panel accessories to give your products the durable, professional look the industry leaders demand.
WELDING
Our skilled team of craftsmen have experience in welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium materials in thicknesses ranging from 1.0 mm up to 12 mm.
Be it production welding, cubicles,support frames or furniture grade welding, our experience is sure to impress.
Powder COATING
With our batch & auto conveyer powder coating systems, Synectix has the flexibility to take on smallbatches or large runs of product. Our large format batching system incorporates high capacity pre-treatment tanks.
We have the ability to coat items up to 6 metres in length. Our conveyor system ensures the most effective method of coating is used to provide a quality job at a value for money cost.
Assembly
If you require your items to be assembled and packed complete, we have the capacity to carry out this service to your specifications.
Our skilled team of assembly personnel can assemble, pack and complete any quality documents as required, to ensure your products reach your end customer exactly the way you intended it.
